Rocade Sud, Les Logettes and Les Loges make up one of the longest standing major centres within the metropolis’ commercial landscape: a centre structured around well known non-food-related brands (Leroy-Merlin, Boulanger, Darty, Cultura, Decathlon…) with a strong emphasis on home improvement. The variety and strength of its offer makes it a site of regional influence.
The new recently opened projects and the commercial developments to come in Rocade Sud are intended to boost the gradual reclassification of the Sud Rocade centre.
