The city houses one of the nine Décathlon Villages in France, a concept that combines sporting goods and activities in the same place.
This commercial hub also includes other major names such as Leroy Merlin and Magasin Vert. Its primary catchment area includes the Via Silva urban development project, the initial operational phases of which represents 875,000 m2 (almost 6,000 homes and some 8,500 jobs) and will usher in the opening of metro line B and the future Via Silva station. By 2026, there will be 3,200 residents and 3,500 new jobs.
